Subject Matter Expertise ( or Expert) (SME): A subject-matter expert (SME) or domain expert is a person who is an expert in a particular area or topic. An accountant is an expert in the domain of accountancy, for example [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Subject-matter_expert]. Typically this role is proxied in a project, and called Business Analyst in todays procurement terms. In the Haskell Ecosystem, one tries to capture and isolate the semantics into an (Embedded) Domain Specific Language [EDSL].
